   ORTADOGU AQUARIUM and ORDAS GROUP was established in 1979 by Coskun KAYALARLIOGULLARI in Ankara. Aquarium passion of Coskun KAYALARLIOGULLARI had started long before started as back as 1965, when he was student at secondary school. The turning point was a game at the Izmir International Fair, where he won a par of FISH and a JAR. Thus, it was with his love, labour and imagination that the bases of the present institution were established in 1985 in Bergama-Izmir.
   By 1990, ORTADOGU AQUARIUM PRODUCTION CENTRE had already been established on an area of about 7-8 acres with a close area of 4500 sq. metres. Presently Ortadogu Aquarium is the biggest aquarium fish production center with 4000 aquariums, 800 pools and 30 specialists. Monthly production capacity is 250.000 fish of different 60 species.
   Ortadogu Aquarium established the ORDAS in 1989, its wholesale center in Izmir. The wholesale at ORDAS contains not only our own production, but also imported species from Taiwan, Singapur and China. Besides all sorts of equipments on aquarium, motors, accessories etc. are found at ORDAS.
   In 2003 ORDAS Ltd. Co. was founded in Istanbul with the capacity of 250 aquariums, which deals with wholesale of all sorts of aquarium fish species.
   Beside Izmir and Istanbul, Ortadogu Aquarium distributes its goods by means of an extensive network of sales representatives principally in the cities of Ankara, Bursa, Antalya and Gaziantep.
